Highmark Issues Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs)

Highmark has issued four new local coverage determinations, as follows:

  • Intraoperative Neurophysiological Testing
  • Sleep Disorders Testing
  • Posterior Tibial Nerve Stimulation (PTN)
  • Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Studies
